“Master Malik this is too hard.” You let your head hit the many papers that was scattered on your table. Malik rolls his eyes at you.
“Stop complaining it is not that hard.” You rest your head on its side and looked up at him. Malik was trying to help teach you the history of the Assassin’s. It was actually encouraged by Altair for Malik to be your personal teacher. “Now stop complaining Novice.” Your eyes widen, then quickly narrowed. Yes you were a beginner and one of the few girls in the Creed but you were mostly treated with respect. But you hated to be called Novice.
“Don’t call me Novice. I don’t like being called Novice.”
“But you are one [Y/n]. You are a Novice.” You stood from where you were sitting and looked him in the eyes.
“No I’m not.”
“Yes you are.”
“No I’m not .”
“Alright then. How about you prove it to me then.” Malik smirks down at you. “I’ll give you five days. You will study the history of Assassin’s and by the end of those five days I will test you.” You narrowed your eyes.
“You’re on.” You gave a heated grunt, picked up the giant book, and walked out the room. Malik just smiled.
“Novice. Too easy to play.”
~5 days later~
You made your way down to the your room dragging your feet like a zombie.
“Gha maybe it wasn’t the best idea to train during the day and study during the whole night.” You trip over your own feet and close your eyes waiting to hit the ground, but you instead hit a chest and an arm wraps around your waist. You cracked an eye open and hear a chuckle. Letting out a groan you snuggled your face into the chest.
“Okay Malik you win.” You let out a yawn. “I’m a novice.”
“Yes [Y/n] you are.” Malik carefully wrapped your arm over his shoulder and made you lean on him and started helping you to your room. “But you are my Novice.” You felt your cheeks heated to his statement but smiled.
“Well,” you let out another yawn. “This Novice could use a sleeping buddy.”

-Malik! - You screamed running outside through the main doors of the fortress. Your eyes were wide in horror seeing him covered in blood. But what got your attention almost instantly was Kadar absence. You quickly realize what that mean judging by the tears in Malik eyes when you helped him get off his horse. He lay on you for support, letting you lead him inside the fortress and to the Infirmary. Unlike other assassins you had also a medical skills and knowledge quiet useful when a fellow assassin was hurt on the battle field.

Good Luck
(Altair x Reader)
The streets of Jerusalem were filled with people that ranged from wealthy officials to peasants in tattered rags. You could hear many voices all clashing together in a discordant hum that made your head ache. As you stumbled among the crowd, you noticed an unpleasant mixture of smells that only served to increase your ever-present sense of vertigo. You were sick; very sick. And you knew it. You had traveled quite far in hopes of finding medical care. There were a few coins tucked away in your pocket; they were all you had, and you hoped they would be enough to buy at least a salve of some sort that might dec
